Its main advantage is the fact that it allows converting the AutoCAD files to PDF documents, to image files (WMF, JPEG, etc.) and to many vector file formats (SVG, CGM, EPS, etc.). Though its main functionality is converting the AutoCAD files, it is also a nice viewer that supports handy features such as zooming the loaded drawings, changing their colors or managing the layer setup. When it comes to converting, powerful additional functions are supported. For example, when converting to PDF files, the users can select the page size, the layout type, or even choose to encrypt or watermark the output PDF documents. Printing the loaded AutoCAD files is also possible. Though feature-rich and comprehensive, Acme CAD Converter is quite intuitive and easy-to-use. There are no intricate settings or menus and anyone can use this tool without any problem, including beginners. Its only downside might be its rather spicy price, but since the demo version has only a few, unhindering limitations, this aspect can be ignored to a large degree.
