DiRefl Description

DiRefl is a Direct Inversion Reflectometry program that allows you to generate a scattering length density profile based on the data from a thin film or a free form sample. The application uses two neutron datasets in order to fit the processed information. The included simulation feature enables you to create a dataset by providing a simple model description.
